These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 778go and any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the 778go platform, website, or any related services (collectively, the "Platform"). Access to and use of the 778go Platform is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of these Terms.

Your use of the 778go Platform constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including without limitation users who are browsers, registered players, or contributors of content. 778go reserves the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at its sole discretion by posting updates to the Platform.

Access to and use of the 778go Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform, consistent with the minimum gambling age requirements prescribed by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for casino-style gaming in the Philippines.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. Individuals who have been declared legally incapacitated or who are under guardianship are prohibited from registering.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is legal. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing 778go is lawful in your location before using the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to any voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order, whether issued by 778go or by any regulatory authority, at the time of registration or during your use of the Platform.
• Prohibited Persons: Employees of 778go, its affiliates, its technology providers, and immediate family members of such employees are prohibited from participating in real-money gaming activities on the Platform.

To access real-money gaming features on 778go, you must register for a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, a valid email address, and a contact number. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may maintain only one (1) registered account on 778go. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify 778go immediately at [email protected] upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Account Transferability: Your 778go account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any third party under any circumstances.
• Account Accuracy: 778go reserves the right to request documentary verification of any information provided during registration at any time. Failure to provide such verification within the timeframe stipulated by 778go may result in account suspension.

778go operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process consistent with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and responsible gaming requirements. Withdrawal of funds from your 778go account is not permitted until KYC verification has been completed to 778go's satisfaction.

KYC verification requires you to submit clear copies of the following documents. Acceptable forms of Philippine government-issued identification include:

• Philippine National ID (PhilSys)
• Passport (Philippine or foreign, current and valid)
• Driver's License issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO)
• Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)
• Voter's ID issued by the Commission on Elections (COMELEC)
• Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID

In addition to identity verification, 778go may request proof of address (a utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within ninety (90) days) and proof of payment method ownership (a screenshot of the registered GCash or PayMaya account, or a bank statement from the linked BPI, BDO, or Metrobank account) at its discretion. Submission of fraudulent or altered documents constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will be referred to the appropriate authorities.

All transactions on the 778go Platform are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). 778go does not accept foreign currency deposits and imposes no currency conversion on any transaction processed through supported payment methods.

Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — funds originating from a payment account not registered to the same person as the 778go account — are prohibited. 778go reserves the right to reverse any deposit suspected of being made by a third party and to suspend the associated account pending investigation.

778go processes withdrawal requests subject to the following conditions and timelines:

• Minimum Withdrawal Amount: The minimum amount per withdrawal request is ₱300.
• KYC Requirement: KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but may not withdraw.
• Wagering Requirement: Where a deposit bonus has been credited to your account, the associated wagering requirement must be met in full before any portion of the bonus balance or winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn.
• Same-Method Policy: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the availability and limits of that method. 778go reserves the right to request alternative withdrawal instructions where the original method is unavailable.
• Processing Times: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within sixty (60) minutes of approval for verified accounts in good standing. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same business day for requests received before 15:00 Philippine Time (PHT). Diamond VIP-tier members receive priority processing with substantially reduced queue times.
• Withdrawal Verification: 778go may request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal of ₱50,000 or above, or any withdrawal that triggers AML monitoring thresholds.

778go offers various promotional bonuses to eligible registered players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless specific promotional terms expressly state otherwise:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to players who meet the eligibility criteria set out in these Terms and in the specific promotion terms. 778go reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility at its discretion.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The standard wagering requirement is twenty times (20x) the bonus amount unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Wagering contributions vary by game category.
• Bonus Expiry: Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds and associated free spins expire thirty (30) days from the date of crediting to the account. Expired bonuses and any winnings associated therewith are forfeited without compensation.
• Bonus Abuse: 778go actively monitors for and takes action against bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, coordinated play designed to manipulate bonus wagering, and exploiting software errors or glitches. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and all bonuses and bonus-derived winnings forfeited.
• Bonus Stacking: Unless specifically stated, bonuses may not be combined or stacked. Only one active bonus may be held at any given time.
• Modification: 778go reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any obligations already incurred by players who have validly claimed the promotion prior to such modification.

All electronic games offered on the 778go Platform — including slot machines, random-number-generated (RNG) table games, bingo, and arcade titles — utilise certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology. The RNG systems employed by 778go and its game providers have been independently tested and certified to ensure statistical randomness and fairness of outcome.

• RTP Transparency: The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot title and RNG table game is published within the game information panel accessible from the 778go lobby. RTP figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee any individual session outcome.
• Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games are conducted in real time by human dealers operating from studio environments. Game outcomes in live dealer formats are determined by physical game elements (cards, balls, dice) and are not subject to RNG. Live dealer game rules are displayed on-screen prior to and during each game round.
• System Errors: In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or software malfunction that affects the outcome of any game round, 778go's resolution team will investigate and determine the outcome based on available system logs. 778go's determination in such matters is final, subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in these Terms.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each game on the 778go Platform is subject to minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed within the game interface. 778go reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 778go Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering an account while under 21 years of age, or knowingly allowing a minor to use your account.
• Registering or operating more than one 778go account, whether under your own identity or a false identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using software tools, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or automated programs to interact with any part of the 778go Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from knowingly exploiting such vulnerabilities are void and subject to forfeiture.
• Colluding with other players, including but not limited to sharing hands in live dealer games or coordinating bet placement to manipulate outcomes.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime under Philippine law.
• Attempting to reverse, dispute, or charge back any legitimate deposit transaction made to 778go, except in cases of demonstrable fraud that has been reported to 778go in advance of any dispute filing.
• Using the Platform for any commercial purpose, including operating an agent network, reselling gaming access, or facilitating third-party gambling without express written authorisation from 778go.

778go reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request relating to the account.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• A self-exclusion request made by the account holder under the Responsible Gaming provisions herein.
• Prolonged account inactivity (accounts with zero real-money balance inactive for 12 consecutive months may be closed).

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited in whole or in part at 778go's discretion. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) shall be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

778go is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining an environment in which gambling remains a form of entertainment rather than a source of harm. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players directly from within the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a mandatory 48-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration reminders that trigger at specified intervals to encourage breaks in play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may activate a temporary cooling-off period (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks) during which account login is suspended. The cooling-off period cannot be cancelled or shortened once activated.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent self-exclusion from the 778go Platform. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately upon submission and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months. • Reality Check: A reality-check feature notifying players of elapsed session time and cumulative wagering amounts is available in account settings.

All content on the 778go Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the compilation thereof — is the exclusive property of 778go or its content and technology suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The 778go name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of 778go.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 778go Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include: (a) any resale or commercial use of the Platform or its content; (b) any collection or use of product or price information; (c) any derivative use of the Platform or its content; or (d) any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction tools.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 778go, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and technology providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of wagered funds resulting from normal game play.
• Platform unavailability or downtime due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
• Losses arising from technical faults, game interruptions, or communications failures beyond 778go's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
• Any inaccuracy, error, or omission in any information or content on the Platform that does not result directly in financial loss to the player.

In jurisdictions where limitation of liability for consequential damages is not permitted, 778go's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits 778go's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence or for fraud.

Your use of the 778go Platform is also governed by the 778go Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy describes how 778go collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By agreeing to these Terms, you also acknowledge and agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is available at 778go.lat/privacy-policy.

778go reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they alter player rights or obligations in a significant way — 778go will provide notice via email to the address registered on your account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date of the revised Terms will be updated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 778go Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, your account, or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting 778go support at [email protected]. 778go will endeavour to address all formal complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.

If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days of the dispute being raised, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI), or such other arbitration body as the parties may agree in writing. The place of arbitration shall be Metro Manila, Philippines. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
